Master Plan 24-30: Strategic Axes and Proposed Plans
At the beginning of 2020, with the new requirements marked by the changes produced in the Quality Assurance System of the University, the need to deploy a procedure (DE-01) for the ‘Strategic Development’ is established. In view of this situation, the IEE prioritises the need to implement a process that goes beyond the fulfilment of this requirement. OThe result is the development of a strategic programme materialised in a Master Plan that covers the 2024-30 horizon with the vision that the EEI will be the centre of reference in Galicia and the northwest of the peninsula in Industrial Engineering.
The figure shows the 3 strategic axes on which this master plan is focused, as well as the action plans that will enable the objectives to be achieved. To see the initiatives designed for each of the plans, please consult the following link EEI Master Plan 24-30.
The implementation of the Master Plan is currently at an intermediate stage, with the rollout of initiatives proposed through the 2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025–26 Initiatives Plans. Initiatives marked in green correspond to those achieving concrete milestones while continuing over time. Those marked in yellow are currently in progress or undergoing adjustments to their objectives.
