Secretary

The duties of the School Secretary are, among others:

  • Attending and writing the minutes at the meetings of the governing bodies
  • Being a member of the Electoral Board to elect School officials
  • Signing documents: Certificates of academic records, of registration in the EEI, of Exchange Program records, of the issuing of degrees, of academic situation for grant applications and other purposes, etc.
  • Archiving and safeguarding documents
